You’re Ignoring Your Advantages

It’s a signal you’ve been downplaying

Most people spend more time fixing weaknesses than using what already works.

It sounds productive.

It’s not always effective.

Because every strength you ignore… gets replaced with effort.

And effort is heavier.

I was in a conversation where someone kept focusing on what wasn’t working.

So we flipped it.

What are you actually good at?

Not general answers. Specific ones.

Reading people. Building trust. Seeing patterns early.

That’s leverage.

But it wasn’t being used fully.

Because they were trying to operate like everyone else.

That’s the trap.

People look at what’s standard… and try to match it.

Instead of asking: “What actually works for me?”

Your advantages are not random.

They’re signals.

If you don’t use them… you’ll end up working harder than you need to.

What are you naturally good at… that you’ve been downplaying instead of building around?
