You Don’t Need More Time, You Need More Leverage

It’s not effort, it’s ownership.

There’s a trap high performers fall into.

“If I want more… I just need to do more.”

More hours. More effort. More grind.

And it works… for a while.

Until it doesn’t.

Because eventually, you hit a wall where effort stops compounding.

And at that point, the question changes:

Not

“How do I work harder?”

But

“Why am I still doing everything myself?”

Every hour you spend doing something someone else could do…

…is an hour stolen from what you’re actually great at.

And most people know this.

But they still hesitate.

Because they think:

“I’ll just do it myself, it’s faster.” “I don’t want to spend the money.” “I should probably learn it first.”

But that mindset keeps you stuck at your current level.

You don’t scale by doing more.

You scale by removing yourself from the wrong things.

There’s a cost to delegation.

But there’s a bigger cost to not doing it.

Questions to sit with:

What am I doing right now that I shouldn’t be doing at my level?

Where am I choosing control over growth?

What would my time look like if I only did what I’m best at?
