I Don’t Train for Looks, I Train for Capacity
Without it, nothing else matters.
I used to think health was about how I looked.
Now I look at it completely differently.
I train for energy.
Because if I don’t have energy… I can’t execute.
I can have the best ideas in the world. The best intentions. The best goals.
But if I’m tired?
None of it matters.
There was a point where I had too much on my plate, business, family, responsibilities…
…and I didn’t have the capacity to carry it.
That’s when it clicked.
Working out isn’t about aesthetics for me anymore.
It’s about:
showing up sharper
thinking clearer
staying consistent longer
It’s about being able to handle the life I say I want.
Because a lot of people want more…
…but they don’t build the engine to sustain it.
Questions I ask myself:
Do I have the energy to actually carry my goals?
Am I training for how I look… or how I perform?
What habits are draining me that I keep ignoring?
