By using this site or any of our coaching services, you agree to these terms. Coaching is for educational and personal-development purposes — it is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or a financial guarantee.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using sparkachangecoaching.com (the "Site"), subscribing to our newsletter, downloading our resources, or booking a coaching call, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. The services we provide

• Free content — newsletter, articles, PDFs, podcast appearances, and educational material.
• Discovery calls — a free 30-minute conversation to determine fit.
• 1:1 coaching — paid mentorship programs delivered via scheduled sessions.

Coaching is an educational and personal-development service. It is not a substitute for licensed mental-health therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advisory services. If you need any of those, please seek a licensed professional.

3. No guarantees of results

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors — including your effort, circumstances, and consistency — most of which are outside our control. While our work has helped clients pay off significant debt, build businesses, and create lasting change, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Testimonials and impact stats reflect individual results; your experience may vary.

4. Bookings, payments, and refunds

• The discovery call is free, with no obligation to purchase further services.
• Paid coaching engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase, which controls in case of any conflict with these terms.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled per the engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, audio, video, downloadable PDFs (including The Phoenix Manifesto), and coaching materials — is owned by Anthony Kenneth Spark or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright.

You may share free content (e.g., newsletter posts, podcast clips) with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not republish, resell, or distribute paid materials or proprietary coaching frameworks without written permission.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking calls or signing up.
• Use the Site and services lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or its underlying services.

7. Third-party links and services

We link to external websites — including Atlas Minds, Founder's Right Hand, Extraordinary Excellence, the LeadConnector booking widget, LinkedIn, and others. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and our content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark a Change Coaching, Anthony Kenneth Spark, and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
