Short version: we collect only what we need (your name, email, and — when you give it — phone) to send you the resources you asked for. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Subscribe to Spark's Notes (first name, last name, email, optional phone number).
Request the free Phoenix Manifesto PDF (first name, email).
Book a free discovery call (your contact details and any information you share during the booking process via our calendar provider).
Email us directly.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location — through standard server logs and any analytics we may run.

3. How we use your information

To send you the email content, resources, or PDFs you requested.
To schedule and conduct discovery calls or coaching sessions you book.
To improve the site and the content we share.
