You're Sitting On A Goldmine You're Not Mining.

Somewhere in your business right now, there is a list of people who already said yes. And most of them haven't heard from you in months.

Somewhere in your business right now, there is a list.

Eighty.

A hundred.

Maybe more.

People who already said yes.

Who signed the agreement.

Who raised their hand and told you “I want to work with you, I want to send you business, let's make money together.”

And most of them haven't heard from you in months.

That's not a lead problem.

That's not a pipeline problem.

That's not a market problem.

That's a follow-up problem.

And it's sitting right there waiting to be fixed.

Here's what happens to most referral partner lists.

You sign them.

You get excited.

Maybe you send them a deal or two.

And then the cold leads are calling and the month needs to close and the list just sits there.

Quiet.

While you grind through cold calls every day wondering why this feels so hard.

Here's why it feels hard.

Cold is the hardest version of the game.

Cold is fighting for trust from zero every single time.

With someone who wasn't looking for you.

Who doesn't know you.

Who has no reason to believe you yet and every reason to say not right now.

Warm is a completely different game.

Warm is someone who already trusts the person who sent them to you.

That trust transfers.

And every part of the sale that's hard in cold.

Is already halfway done in warm.

So here's what working the list actually looks like.

A weekly touchpoint to every signed partner.

Not a pitch.

Not a sales call.

Just a text that keeps you top of mind.

A newsletter that teaches them what a good client looks like.

Shows them what other partners are earning.

Makes them realize they've got money sitting in their network they haven't sent you yet.

A segmented list.

Active partners get one message.

Dormant ones get another.

The ones who signed six months ago and never sent anything get a phone call.

Not complicated.

Consistent.

You don't need more signed partners right now.

You need to actually work the ones who already said yes.

The goldmine is there.

You just haven't picked up the shovel.
