You're Not Selling Your Process. Sell The After

The more you explain the process, the less people see the outcome.

Most people pitch what they do.

The meetings.

The modules.

The deliverables.

The timeline.

The WhatsApp group.

The Zoom calls.

The eight week framework with action items and accountability checkpoints, and all the things that make it feel real and serious and worth the money.

And the buyer sits there nodding.

Completely lost.

Not because it isn't good.

Because they're not buying any of it.

They're buying the after.

The version of their organization that exists on the other side of working with you. The thing that's finally different.

The problem that stops being a problem.

The result they've been trying to get to for two years before you walked in.

That's what they're spending money on.

Not your process.

The life after your process.

So stop leading with the how.

Lead with the what.

Your volunteers stop walking out the door.

Your leaders stop waiting to be told what to do.

Your production team runs without you holding it together.

That's the pitch.

Three outcomes.

Done.

Everything else, the modules, the meetings, the frameworks, the color coded scope doc, that's the contract conversation.

That happens after the yes.

After the wire clears.

Not before.

Never before.

Now the number.

Because how you present the price is part of the sale.

Most people skip this part and wonder why twelve thousand feels hard to spend.

You did the research.

Twelve is right.

In the money.

Not too high.

But you don't open at twelve.

You open at twenty.

Not because you're inflating.

Because twenty is the actual value.

Forty hours of expert level work.

Eight leadership modules.

Direct coaching access.

Full infrastructure built from scratch for an organization that's never had it.

That's not twelve thousand dollars of work.

That's twenty thousand dollars of work you're bringing in at twelve, because this is the first run and you're building the system as you go.

So say that out loud.

"This is a twenty-thousand-dollar engagement. I'm bringing it to you at twelve. And at the end, you're keeping a full resource library, another twenty-five hundred in value on top of it."

Now they're not spending twelve.

They're getting twenty-two five for twelve.

The price didn't change.

The frame did.

And the frame is what closes it.

Outcomes sell.

The detail is for after they're already in.

Lead with the after.

That's the whole move.
