Growth Doesn’t Always Mean Leaving

Epic Disruptions: 11 Innovations That Shaped Our Modern World

A lot of people confuse evolution with escape.

They think:

“I need a new job.”

“I need a new relationship.”

“I need a new life.”

Sometimes you don’t need a new environment.

You need a new orientation.

Starting over internally requires courage.

•Are you trying to leave, or are you trying to avoid discomfort?

•What would it look like to rebuild instead of restart?

•If you stayed exactly where you are, what would need to change for this to work?
